Adrian Wilkes-Green MNAEA
Adrian spent his early career at Sharrow Bay Hotel, where he learned the benefits of excellent customer service. He moved into estate agency at Nationwide Estate Agents, later to become Bairstow Eves, and became the branch manager of their successful Penrith office. In 1996, he left to establish Wilkes-Green and Hill, independent estate agents, in Penrith. He has over 30 years experience in the profession.
Amanda Vollans,

Amanda Vollans
Amanda started her working life in the Civil Service before spending three years at a large firm of solicitors in Carlisle. She gave up her legal career to join Wilkes-Green and Hill, where she was a driving force in setting up the business. She is a director of the company.
Gayle Greer MNAEA,

Gayle Greer MNAEA
Gayle is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has been with us since 1997. She is our senior sales negotiator and also has a wealth of experience in sales progression. Her knowledge of the conveyance process enables her to assist all parties to a successful completion.
Kerry Hughes,

Kerry Hughes
Kerry Hughes joined us in 2015 on work experience, whilst studying for an NVQ in business administration, she has impressed us so much that we have taken her on to help with running the office and keeping an eye on us all.
Lindsay Jenkinson,

Lindsay Jenkinson
Linzi has enjoyed 17 years as an estate agent and has risen the ranks from starting off as a Trainee Negotiator with Bairstow Eves Countrywide, then progressing to marketing advisor to finally Area Manager. Linzi has had the experience of not only the market at its peaks and troughs but also has worked in a number of locations from Hereford to Preston and then to Penrith. Having been a Branch Manager for Chancellors in Hereford and an Area Manager of a large family run Estate Agency in Preston, Linzi brings a wealth of Knowledge to her role with us. Linzi and her husband Oliver has now settled in Dufton and is really loving living and working in the Eden Valley!
Py the Dog,

Py the Dog
It’s bring your dog to work day every day at Wilkes-Green + Hill. Sometimes Py the dog is out on the road with Adrian but as head of pastoral care, he prefers to be in the office where, when he isn’t sleeping, he oversees operations and offers moral support to everyone. With over 10 years’ experience he is a welcome member of the team, if not a little too vocal at times!
