The Guild sets the standard with numerous 2025 ESTAS Shortlistings

The Guild of Property Professionals has once again demonstrated the strength of its network, with over 80 Member offices winning 'Best in Postcode' awards for 2025. This success automatically shortlists these Members for regional and national awards, with the overall winners to be announced at the prestigious ESTAS Awards ceremony on 17th October 2025, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
The ESTAS honours the best agents, conveyancers, and brokers in the UK based on verified customer reviews submitted via its online platform. This platform enables property professionals to showcase the high standards of customer service they deliver. Reviews can only be completed at the end of a property transaction, and a strict verification process ensures their authenticity. The regional and national winners will be announced at the 22nd annual ESTAS ceremony in October, hosted by renowned TV property expert Phil Spencer, before an audience of over 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

In addition to competing for regional or national awards, all shortlisted Guild Members are also in contention for the ‘Best Guild Member Award,’ presented to the highest-scoring Guild office in The ESTAS competition. Furthermore, The Guild of Property Professionals itself has been honoured with a shortlisting in The Supplier Awards. This category recognises supplier firms that have delivered an outstanding customer experience - The Guild’s nomination once again highlights its ongoing commitment to excellence.
